First things first, management seems to have very little experience handling resident concerns. We receive a huge number of emails every week, but when residents raise actual issues, it often feels like nothing is taken seriously or properly resolved.
Cleanliness is also a major problem. There has been dog waste in common areas, including hallways and even the elevator, which is completely unacceptable for a residential building.

promised, but many of them were either delayed for months or did not match what was originally presented.
Another thing I find concerning is how many residents seem to move out after only a few months or around a year. From a management perspective, that should be an important KPI. High resident turnover should raise questions about resident satisfaction and the overall quality of living in the building.
The building had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the experience has not lived up to what was initially promised.
