AVOID PARKVIEW VALLY
June 23, 2025DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IN KELOWNA,BC - 2001 benevoulin court The managment is terrible. There are serious ongoing issues on the property-including dog fights and dog urine constantly leaking onto your balcony on your plants, chairs, table. Tenants above wash urine down, making it unbearable for those below, you cant even open you blcony door bc smells digusting of urine. The building is still a construction site. I was told it would be complete when I move in, but when I arrive , I asked them and ...i was informed I would live through construction for most if my lease. The hallways feel like nearly a km just to reach the elevator. The managment is inexperinced, dismissive and unresponsive. They send emails claiming that they take issues serious" but nothing gets resolved. I have proof -videos and documntation-and despite that, they've done nothing.
