Love my Apartment

I live at the Parkway Club Plaza in a second floor unit that overlooks a grassy area. I have lived here for three years and really enjoy the comfort and low noise level. The maintenance is great and they come out right away to fix any repairs of which I have had few instances. The office is always friendly. While there have the usual problems of homeless individuals and drugs users, the management is proactive and works quickly to remove this element from the complex. The best part is the ...

rent is one of the lowest in the area and in San Diego in general. I have a balcony, outside storage, central air/heat, a walk in closet and a dining room with an area to eat at the counter. I really like this place - rent is reasonable, area is safe and apartment is comfortable. Highly recommend!
