      Have been a resident at Parkway Grande for 5 years and recently renewed. Two very important issues to consider when renting is safety and peace of mind. Parkway Grande provides me with both and also, the best office and maintenance staff. My previous rental experiences have been a total nightmare. Parkway Grande is a place I can call home, so thank you.

      I am astonished by what I experienced: GREAT customer CARE. I was greeted at the door, which was nothing I had experienced before. I was spoken to with respect and treated as if they had known me for years. I felt like a friend invited over for afternoon tea. This is, by far, the best place I have rented.

      I wouldn't advise anyone to live here, the property gets taken care of and looks good thanks to the maintenance guys. But as far as the management goes, not one person is on the same page in that office. They don't have a a clue as to what they are doing. They will tell you one thing, then do the complete opposite. They will wait until you try to move out to charge you more for there mistakes and slip ups. When it comes to "residents first" this place takes last place of everywhere I lived in San ...
