Rent is a bit high for what you get, though, but overall I have had any real issues living in Parkway Square. Apartment was infested with roaches upon move-in.
January 21, 2022My biggest fear/concern came true and the apartment was infested with roaches upon arrival. It was also not clean, had stains all over the wood, and the previous tenant clearly trashed the place. I didn’t even stay a single night in there. I WOULD give them 2 stars because management let me back out and refunded my money relatively quickly, but I can’t bring myself to do it. They are nice, but the apartment was completely uninhabitable. I highly recommend staying away.Review from Apartments.com
