Poor Management and Unacceptable Living Conditions
March 19, 2026The management at this property is extremely disappointing. The apartments have ongoing pest issues, including roaches, and the overall cleanliness of the community is poor. Trash is frequently left around the property, and the gym is consistently dirty and not properly maintained. While some units have been renovated, the work appears rushed and lacks quality. Overall, the property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness or upkeep.Property Manager Responded

?Great Location ? quiet and good unit design ? broken AC
March 13, 2026I lived in this apartment and overall had a mixed but mostly positive experience. The unit itself has many windows and a patio, which makes the space feel bright and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. One issue I experienced was when our AC broke down. It took more than three months for it to be replaced or repaired. Since this happened during a heat wave, we eventually had to purchase our own AC unit while waiting for the repair. That ...said, the maintenance team was always helpful and responsive whenever we submitted requests. I also appreciate Samantha for making an effort to listen and assist with our concerns. Out of the three apartments I lived in while in Tallahassee, this was the only one that returned my security deposit, which I appreciate.Property Manager Responded

Run far far away
April 28, 2024Water heater always breaking, or running out of hot water. They never fix anything. Management is always going through new managers. Apartment they show you looks great, and then you get your actual apartment and it is an absolute mess.Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2023I am looking for places to live and This is not a good complex to live in as they are refusing to fix the AC in a reasonable amount of time despite weather alerts of severe heat Warnings. December 30, 2022Parkway Square is a great community apartment complex to live in. It's close to most everything. Quiet for the most part. Rent is a bit high for what you get, though, but overall I have had any real issues living in Parkway Square. When the kids move out of our 3 bedroom, I plan on staying and renting a one bedroom due to the fact I can walk to work. Thats the best perk for me.Property Manager Responded
