Fake - It's a Mediocre Place

Very Pleased with My Apartment
October 7, 2020The office staff is very friendly and helpful especially the office manager Allyson. Anytime I have a problem and I called the office and Allyson took care of it immediately. The property is very well kept. This property is the nicest apartments I have ever lived in. I live in a 2 bedroom with my son. The bedrooms are large and have large closets. All my neighbors are nice. The maintenance staff is also friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Parkway Terraces - A Little touch of Home
August 14, 2015Having moved to Carson City from Las Vegas, my expectations were extremely high. Value wise, I wanted to find an apartment with good reviews from other tenants as well as a great location for work and shopping. Carson City is different than Las Vegas, so finding Parkway Terraces was a blessing. The staff were very nice and friendly and quick to respond to any question or need. The common areas were well maintained with a nice sized pool, jacuzzi, and even a small but clean fitness center. My ...apartment had its own washer and dryer, but the property also offered an on-site laundry room for really big, heavy duty loads. Garages were available for an extra charge, and my covered parking was close by. Shopping was extremely convenient, and getting to the freeway or even downtown Carson City was less than 5 minutes. Simply put, Parkway Terraces gave me peace of mind as I transitioned to living in Northern Nevada. I would definitely recommend it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
