Horrible Landlords
August 17, 2023We had many issues with the new Property managers. Lived there three years and didn't have any issues until January 2023 when they took over. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded
September 25, 2023I am so very sorry for your issues you have had since our "take over." We did our best to work with each and every tenant over there including the ones that wanted to scream and shout at workers handling remodels while throwing a fit in the rain. We understand that being given notice to move and providing early outs to tenants that could not bare the construction zone may not have been enough for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and wish you nothing but the best property management elsewhere. Please note that we were part of a bigger project and only the middleman in the entire situation, we really wish we could have done more for you in the period of time you were notified of non lease renewal.
