July 27, 2025Debbie, Lisa and Erica were such a breath of fresh air compared to what I experience looking for a rental home along Buford Highway or 285 E., Clarkston, Norcross. Erica was so empathetic with her renters… It seems like she cares about everybody. Debbie and Lisa both jumped in to help when Erica had to go out of town. And I was able to get a great unit in about two weeks. All the people here are nice. It’s a beautiful property, swimming pool, workout facility and I walk my 80-year-old friend ...around the newly pavedparking lot three times a week. The units are spacious and you get everything you want including a washer and dryer., So convenient the two guys that really help out around for maintenance are Judson and Dan and their real nice guys ready to help and always have a friendly word. We love it here and we signed a 15 month lease And got one month free. Well managed and well maintained this is the place for you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great apartments !
February 17, 2025The apartments are beautiful& spacious. We moved here in December 2024 & things have been great. Clean outdoors the maintenance is nice, quick, superb, & helpful. The leasing staff is nice always nice. Kudos to the hiring department. Also they are remodeling the pool so it should be ready by summer for the kids. Everyone minds their business and is welcoming. It definitely feels like home. Maintenance is quick & meticulous. The leasing staff is always here to help out . They are quick with ...responding to anything. The leasing staff agent Erika was fast & informative with everything. The maintenance men Judson & Harold are Always accommodating & quick . December 6, 2024Noise and loud music is becoming too much doing quiet hours. Breezeway needs cleaning after receiving notice that it will be pressure wash. Repairing cars in parking lot has become excessive while playing loud music when repairing cars.Property Manager Responded

November 26, 2024My experience so far has been pretty good! the staff is friendly and helpful and the area is nice. I've had some issues with maintenance because they don't show up after a problem has been reported. I'm convinced there is no maintenance. Also the valet trash that we pay for has only been picked up maybe 7-9 times in the last 5 months and the pool never opened this summer. I'm not sure what going on with that but I love where I stay, I just wish the amenities (maintenance, valet trash and pool) ...were working or reliable.Property Manager Responded
