I beg any of you not to move to Parkwood apartments

I am glad I moved out of the 2 bedrooms unit before the rent hike and never looked back. The owner will turn you to an ATM and will never want to deal with you Once you sign the lease. You will never see or hear from the absent salaried well-paid manager unless you are about to be evicted or see rent increase. Vandalism is a given thing. Maintenance who act like they own everything including the multiple parking spaces reserved only for them is mediocre unless you have a water damage then they ...

will show up the next day. There are plenty of buildings out there do not move here.
