This place used to be pretty decent. Nothing luxurious but it was nice, quiet, and affordable. Now it’s the opposite of all those things. Security doors are broken most of the time so it’s just a free-for-all, and if the locks are surprisingly working, it doesn’t matter because people will just buzz every apartment anytime day or night. Reserved off street parking is a joke since people who don’t even live there just park wherever and there’s usually two or three cars that have been sitting there ...
for months with flat tires and leaking oil. The rent will go up every time you renew your lease and not just a little.

The Kentwood office and manor has always had GREAT workers and they just keep getting better. The new team is the best by far as well as personable and gear to help with anything that they can do for you. The normal maintenance request is fast and done no longer than 3 days as well as pet friendly. There has never been one time that they have not greeted me with openness before any dialogue has occurred. I am grateful to say the least

If you are looking for an apartment. You will not be disappointed with Goldmark! My initial contact with Rosa was so welcoming and professional, something I look for when doing business. The apartment was very clean and the upkeep of the grounds was immaculate. The price was initially more than I wanted, but I am pleased overall. I highly recommend this company.
