How is this place getting good reviews?
August 4, 2024This place used to be pretty decent. Nothing luxurious but it was nice, quiet, and affordable. Now it’s the opposite of all those things. Security doors are broken most of the time so it’s just a free-for-all, and if the locks are surprisingly working, it doesn’t matter because people will just buzz every apartment anytime day or night. Reserved off street parking is a joke since people who don’t even live there just park wherever and there’s usually two or three cars that have been sitting there ...for months with flat tires and leaking oil. The new team is the best by far as well as personable and gear to help with anything that they can do for you. The normal maintenance request is fast and done no longer than 3 days as well as pet friendly.
