About Parlmont Park Apartments
Free Last Month when signing a 15 month or 12 month agreement for ANY 1BR apartment! At Parlmont Park, we are committed to providing a community atmosphere within our nine buildings. Each residence is fully-applianced including stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Kitchens, baths and windows are continuously being updated. Our central courtyard is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It provides a serene environment in the center of eight of the three story buildings. There are 24 apartments in each building with a laundry facility in each building. Each laundry facility contains two washers and two dryers. Each apartment is cable ready with connections in the Living Room and Bedrooms. Each Building contains a storage area on the fourth floor, with individual 10 X 5 units for each apartment within the building. The storage units are provided at no extra cost to the resident. Plenty of parking is provided for residents and guests (up to 2 parking spaces per apartment).

Great value
February 8, 2025In my opinion, Parlmont Park offers the best value in the area. The two bedroom with a renovated kitchen that I had rented offered more space and convenience than anything else on the market even close to that price point (I've looked). A major bonus to that is quiet and friendly neighbors, clean common areas, and very professional, warm and responsive management staff.Review from Apartments.com
Roaches problem and a 'vacate notice' instead
November 26, 2024We have been struggling with roaches and just before we called management, we get a call that they will be doing pest control. We were glad. Not knowing that it's a pretentious game. A few days after we were serviced with a notice to vacate the apartment and it was just pinned on the door. A very big surprise. We were wondering what we did wrong then the details in the letter stated that we have not kept the apartment well and thats why we have roaches. Really! You know it's a problem in some of ...these apartments. We did not come with these roaches and all our methods that we tried did not help. And without any discussion we just saw a vacate notice. Cannot make sense of it. FYI..there must be a game played here. I am sure our apartment is cleaner that management homes even cleaner than their office space. I mean it's clean with just 2 adults. A good spot
March 8, 2024Overall I’ve enjoyed renting here, it’s Safe & clean, In an area close by to food & shopping. I had a lot of questions during my Initial tour of a Studio & the staff were so kind & attentive to answer any concerns I had. They made the move in process a breeze. Since moving in for any typical issues that have popped up maintenance & office staff have been on the ball. Amazing Community
May 19, 2022I have lived at Parlmont Park for a few years and absolutely love it. I have a two bedroom and it is the perfect amount of space for my family and I. All of the staff on the property (Office and Maintenance) are always so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had over the years. My kids love the swimming pool in the summer months and we are looking forward to it opening this year! Thin walls, use office staff
October 7, 2021Not well run. The office staff are completely useless. Thin walls, you can hear everything from neighbors units. Cheap rugs, appliances and the worst air conditioner. It's loud, old and only works in the living room. They won't let you add another unit in the bedroom.Property Manager Responded

I do wish in regards to the office staff you were specific so I could attempt to answer any questions you may have. In regards to the neighbors and noise, we do have a strict policy and ask residents to let us know in written documentation on all noise complaints so we can handle it immediately. With adding another AC unit, all we do ask is for a medical reason. I hope this information finds you well and again I apologize for any inconvenience.
