have lived here since 2023...was in good shape....now there are problems...
both elevators are out of service
pool has been closed since 2023
coyotes roam the dumpsters
gates to parking lot are both wide open
key fobs don't work on entry doors to bldg
halls and stairs are filthy
cig butts and dog poop are abundant just out the doors
too many young children for a 55+ community
