terrible management
November 14, 2025They are terrible at fixing problems in the apartment, often times making the item in question unusable instead of fixing the problem. They also refuse to fix any issues relating to billing, as I've called 8 times and gone to the leasing office and the problem still never got resolved until it was too late.Property Manager Responded

Roaches, inconsistent management, useless fees. AVOID
September 7, 2022headline says it all. if you sign a lease here, be prepared to get an unfinished home complete with roaches, APS billing, trash fees that doesn't even get picked up, and again, roaches. pest control orders are ignored and management constantly doesn't know what's going on. no washer and dryer either, and a full cycle of laundry costs $3, which can add up. skip this place.Property Manager Responded
