Quite and comfortable

I moved to Milford 4 years ago to be close to family for medical reasons and have lived here for 3 years. The complex and units are well maintained, the neighborhood is safe, convenient and close to everything. Despite fronting onto the main road, my unit is still quite and private.

Hi, I sold my house in PA to be closer to family in Delaware. When I moved in new paint and carpet. The back of the apartment looks out on mature tress and even the front parking lot is quiet. I've had to have minor things fixed and they are here usually the same day. The rent here is beyond reasonable. The manager Spring and the maintenance guys are very kind people. I love the mix of all types of folks young and old, red, orange, white, brown and how friendly residents are when I am out ...

Fantastic place to live!

I have lived at Parson Thorne Apartments for a number of years. Parson Thorne Apartments is quiet, wonderfully landscaped and a convenient and safe place to live. I enjoy Parson Thorne Apartment's beautiful oak cabinet kitchen with a microwave range hood. I have parking in front of my door and there is plenty of parking for my guests. I have a beautiful view from my patio. I really enjoy living here.
