I just moved into Parterre at Emerald Row, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff has been incredibly friendly and made the whole move in process smooth and stress free. love how walkable the surrounding area and how it has everything I need is close by, and it already feels like a comfortable community to be part of. Living here makes life easy for my daughter, husband, and I because it’s very centrally located to everything we care about. We have family nearby, we can walk to have dinner out, get groceries easily, fine services easily. The building is usually quite quiet and we like that it’s cleaned often and kept up nicely.

I can say that the person who helped show me where to take my rubbish and where the parking lot and larger items that need disposing go Was very nice and helpful to me.
