January 22, 2026I just moved into Parterre at Emerald Row, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff has been incredibly friendly and made the whole move in process smooth and stress free. The apartment itself is bright, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space and high quality finishes that make it feel instantly like home. The building is also very well kept, and the common areas are beautiful and relaxing. I ...love how walkable the surrounding area and how it has everything I need is close by, and it already feels like a comfortable community to be part of. Even in the short time I’ve been here, I’ve felt very happy and at ease. August 2, 2025Living here makes life easy for my daughter, husband, and I because it’s very centrally located to everything we care about. We have family nearby, we can walk to have dinner out, get groceries easily, fine services easily. August 2, 2025It’s really hard to give any kind of a review about my apartment community because I’ve only been here for approximately 24 hours. I can say that the person who helped show me where to take my rubbish and where the parking lot and larger items that need disposing go Was very nice and helpful to me. There was a little bit of a miscommunication about when I needed to get in for furniture delivery, but that was taken care of pretty quickly. Highly don’t recommend
May 14, 2025The first 6 months of living here at these apartments were wonderful however, once winter set in, the reality of how cheap the apartments are also set in. The HVAC fan doesn’t work properly leading to mold build up inside the unit, the balconies are never pressure washed (even after multiple requests during the summer months), and the garage doors are ALWAYS broken. Go spend a few more dollars somewhere else.Property Manager Responded
