Not the best community
December 9, 2023The apartments are very small for the price. The common areas are nice, and there is a pool, but there are some shady residents who live here. Cars have been broken into and stolen, even though the parking lot is gated. Management is not always helpful when it comes to keeping the community safe, and their response to emergency repairs is lacking. Overall do not recommend you live here unless you absolutely need to.Review from Apartments.com

February 10, 2022Since moving in, I have not enjoyed the smell of cigarette smoke that creeps into my bedroom window when smokers stay too close to the building exit door. 2) After 10 pm, cars drive into the property blasting loudly their car stereo 3) there are cars that pull in and park in open areas while visiting their family or friends. 4) Hired help block pathways to load excess garbage from apartments that are being turned over. 5) After 10 pm, tenants have their dogs outdoors barking away.
