Impossible Property Management

I've lived here for over a few years now. AVOID this property at all costs. There have been multiple changes in management. Escondido gets in the 100's during hot days and they won't let you have umbrellas unless you pay for ones from them and it's very expensive. If you try to use your own shade they will report you to upper management. The place is dirty, has lots of roach issues and it takes forever to get maintenance. Sometimes maintenance won't even fix the issue, for example, the aluminum ...
windows cause mold and instead of fixing the windows, they tell you to use bleach to clean it. The windows are old and aluminum which lets in a lot of street noise. There are so many barking dogs and people do not pick up after their dogs and management doesn't do anything about it. The rent they advertise is less than what they actually charge. Management doesn't respond to calls or emails and is out of the office before the office hours listed. The property manager is rude and doesn't care about the residents only maximizing profits for upper management. CONSTANT water shut-offs. No rent discounts due to water shuts offs (seriously, shut-offs are almost weekly occurrences). Other than Hoban being a horrible management company the apartments are spacious. I hope the owner of this property removes the current management company.
