Passage apartments are a beautiful community, quiet near the freeways, near stores, across the street from an elementary school (very convenient for people with kids) and Angela and her team are the best, professional and very helpful, me and family recommend this place!!!

They haven't replaced our back door shade after asking for almost 2 years. They keep saying they "don't have any." And they threatened to raise our rent by $6500/mo if we didn't sign a new 12 month lease. Also, they won't let you pay rent early, which is kinda weird. If I had to describe our overall experience at Passage, I'd say, "we have lived here for 3 years and are moving now."

We moved to Passage Apartments in October from California. We signed a 9 month lease not sure if we would like it here. Turns out we love it so much we are planning on signing another lease. Its very quiet and peaceful here. It really feels like home.

Communication is absolutely terrible . Had a broken dishwasher that was looked at 6 days ago. I had to call the office 4 times in a row to get them to answer and find out my new dishwasher came in Friday. Here it is now tuesday & I still haven't had my new dishwasher put in. I called yesterday & explained I have had standing water in old dishwasher for a week now .

Horrible apartment complex and horrible management. Trash is piled so high in the compactor area that you can't even get into it. Furniture is dumped around the garages. Management is rude and disrespectful. When I complained I was told I get what I pay for.

We understand the frustration of having residents dump unwanted furniture on the property and leaving bags of trash and other debris outside the compactor. It attracts unwanted pests, smells bad and looks terrible for the community as a whole. We can assure you however that our team is actively engaged in cleaning up the grounds as these situations arise.
The team has a routine every morning to walk the community and clean unwanted trash, waste and other items to start the day. Monday’s, however, can be especially difficult as residents tend to move in or out on weekends and unfortunately dump unwanted household items around the community.
This is a common occurrence within apartment communities and we do our best to advise residents proper protocol when moving out and discarding items. We have also been working with our after-hours courtesy patrol to monitor illegal dumping that occurs on our property. If you see non-residents littering or dumping please let us know.
We regret that ...
you feel the management staff is rude and disrespectful and hope that we can see our relations improve in future exchanges.
If you have specific ideas or solutions to some of these issues I welcome the feedback as it is our goal to try and maintain a clean and inviting community for all residents at Village on 7th.
