    I love Pathways On The Park. I have found the residents to be very friendly. We have so many activities you could be busy everyday. I have asked for my carpet to be cleaned and they have done the next time the carpet cleaner is here. The staff are always friendly and oblige request in a timely manner. The balconies are private and large. The community room is the gathering point for residents and activities. There is free bus service every other week to the grocery store nearby. There is also a ...
    free limousine if you want to go to other nearby businesses. I have a 1 bedroom apartment that is large for the price. It is not ritzy but comfortable with a great staff.

    I appreciate the quietness and fire safety which concrete floors and wall augment. Generally speaking, I find the residents friendly and interesting, plus there are a variety of pleasant social gatherings and informative topical speakers, movies, and more which management arranges. Most important is the "Team" who does the work. Maintenance does repair jobs competently, relatively quickly and always maintains a pleasant demeanor. The same can be said for the Manager, Leasing Agent and Staff. The ...

  • Not a Smoke Free Building. Venting System is weak, poor.

    If you do not like smoke , do not live here. This building is not a smoke free building ( false). Building Venting system is weak, and very poor. The baloneys to smoke outside are connected side by side with another apartment and top and bottom. Smoke will spread, rises or get drawn into your apartment. One Air conditioner for a two bedroom apartment; in the living room and it does not exhaust. Air Conditioner does not cool or push the air out of the 2 bedrooms or kitchen. No venting kitchen ...
    range! Your apartment's air may smell normal; if.. like the time, two senior next and across from me died. I had to buy three expensive Air purifiers and they could not effectively remove the smoke; only stir the air. I have tolerated the condition because of the cheaper rent. Now, they want me to leave because I tried too many times to ask them to fix things; about charges and smoke. I do pay my rent on time and I am not poor. I've live in the building since June 2013 and it is now October 2017. The building had three different managers turn over. The problem with the new manager is that she uses tactics to make you move and she uses the contract rules to be difficult or to get you out. You can be handicapped and/ or had a family member died. She is No friend in a Senior building. She will find a way to get you out for a little money. And, I have not had my rug cleaned, or some repairs or painting in 4 years. Don't ask the Owners, the Good man group. They do nothing for you. The building has redecorated for a superficial show because they do not have 100% occupancy for years and many turnover.
