March 21, 2025Patio Villa is a great place to live if you are looking for a studio apartment in a generally quiet apartment building. Bugs are not an issue and maintenance has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. All of the staff in the main office are friendly and easy to work with.Review from Apartments.com

Terrible place!! Drug house with roaches
December 11, 2021I have a feeling the other reviews are fake and are written by staff members. Avoid this place at all costs. The people living here are terrible!!. They're up all night yelling and smoking pot. My entire apartment smells like weed because my neighbors keep smoking and the staff won't do anything about it. People are smoking weed on the balcony in plain view. There are needles on the ground and I'm afraid I'll get shot living here. The staff is horrible, they will not help you with anything. They don’t know what they are doing
February 28, 2020Tonti has poor management. They don’t care about their tenants. I’ve had black mold growing on my A/C unit for a year and no one has come to fix it despite me asking and the lease saying they come clean them. When my toilet wasn’t working they didn’t care to come fix it. They don’t spray for pests, so I have roaches. Also the rent price I signed on my lease is “wrong” because they keep arguing with me that it’s higher (which is illegal). And when I show them my lease they say it’s wrong, which ...no. Just moved in and love it!
August 20, 2019Was frantic about finding a place to live as I needed a studio apartment ASAP. I first looked at another Apartment Homes by Tonti property, but they were full so they sent me here! I absolutely love it! The pool and laundry amenities are very well up-kept. The staff here could not be more friendly or more helpful. It is very convenient that the office is open 7 days a week so that I know if I have a problem, they can fix it right away. My air conditioner broke the other night and the emergency ...maintenance line (open 24/7), stated they could not service A/C at night, but if I would like they would put me in a hotel for the night at no expense to me! I left the next day to go to class and by the time I was home I had a brand new A/C unit. Very rude staff
November 1, 2016These apartments are so trashy! The parking is terrible and the pool has been broken and had a strong smelly Odor all of summer 16.. The toilet is always stopped up. There's a lot of youngsters that moved in and they are always hanging outside and extremely loud. The office and manager is rude. The maintenance guys are always sitting in the steps or in the laundry room all of their work day. The washers and dryers are always broken.
