March 26, 2021If your new to the city or just looking for your private space that is dog friendly and fully furnished rental with everything included without any monthly hidden fees from a landlord or roommate. This is the place that is getting remodel that has everything included in the price. Alongside with all the amenities’ in one place. Ihop is across the street and everything is just a few minutes away from Shopping, Casino’s, Restaurants and Parks. Look before Moving In, BED BUGS, ROACHES, and Terrible Service!
March 26, 2019I moved here on Feb 14, 2019. Into a FURNISHED unit. Before signing my lease I looked at my apartment unit and saw no issues, the place looked great. After a week, me and my boyfriend noticed that we had bumps on our skin. We striped the bed and saw no bed bugs so we thought it was our bodies getting use to the West Coast since we are from the East Coast. Another week goes by and by this time i had gotten sick and we still had bumps. While I'm at work my boyfriend sends me a video of a bed bug ...crawling on our bed sheets. I get home and we decide to strip the bed and look at the BOX SPRING that came with the mattress. The underside of the box spring was covered in generations of Bed Bugs and Eggs! Absolutely disgusting! All in the same day we saw an additional roaches in our bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Ive never seen roaches or bed bugs in person. By Feb 28, i put in my notice to leave and terminate my lease. Its now the end of March and we have not seen any exterminators nor have we received a replacement Bed/Mattress. The Management has Terrible service, all they care about is getting your money! If you can afford here, you can afford somewhere else!!!!!!Property Manager Responded
