Overall best place in Rock Hill
January 19, 2021My girlfriend and i have lived in this apartment for going on two years and it has been a very nice experience, the neighborhood is clean, quiet(great for kids) and best of all, close to everything. 2 min from I-77, about 5 min to the closest walmart, gas station and several food options right across the street. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, any questions we've ever had have been answered with a smile. AND they provided a sense of safety during this whole quarantine. Maintenance ...is quick, courteous and always leave notice of any upcoming routime maintenance that is scheduled. 5 stars doesnt do this place justice. 10/10 recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment I’ve Ever Lived In
January 10, 2021I absolutely love living here. I have lived in a few apartments over the years since starting college, but this is by far the best. The apartment is close to the interstate and it’s super easy to get on the interstate towards Charlotte or heading towards Columbia. The apartments are great but if there is anything wrong the maintenance team is super quick about having issues resolved. Also! A major plus for me is the amazing staff members. They all know me by name and they are always incredibly ...nice. I high recommend the second floor apartments because of the vaulted ceiling.Property Manager Responded

AWESOME!!
January 8, 2021Patriots Crossing is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is well constructed so you never hear your neighbors. Very spacious with tons of closet space. The master bathroom is to die for! The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They always have time to listen or just have a friendly chat. The maintenance staff is always available and so friendly. I really can't praise Patriots Crossing and the staff enough. I am close to all major shopping, restaurants and ...the interstate.
