if you look forward to getting a good hot shower after a long day at work, think twice about moving here. There is always issues with the water. Days on end it is either off for leak repairs or no hot water. They do not provide hot water heaters per unit, only a boiler. You've been warned.

This complex is great. Good staff and maintainence crew. Great neighbors. Reasonable rent. Well lit and safe! Apartments good sized. Not huge, but good. No noise. FRIENDLY!
