Trash warning door hangers when mgmt can’t keep up with trash disposal. Consistent numerous door problems. Soft spot/deflection in kitchen floor. Numerous existing Millwork damages. Regarding the trash reminder notices, these are issued to residents when trash is not disposed of in accordance with community guidelines, as individual lease compliance remains separate from our ongoing efforts to manage overall trash volume.
