Maintenance came same day and fixed things needed to be done and left a note of what they did. The community is also amazing. Feels so comfortable here. June 12, 2024Peak 83 is great! Lots of walking paths with doggy stations, and the overall facilities are maintained beautifully! Leasing office staff are very kind and have great communication with the community, closures and other necessary information are provided in a quick and concise email. Residents are respectful of everyone and the property as well. Location wise it’s amazing, groceries, medical care, restaurants and Downtown Parker are all walking distance!
