DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is utterly incompetent and, at times, rude. Here are my issues:
1. Pearl 21 Eleven did not properly repair exterior doors that did not lock for the entirety of my 9 month lease, which resulted in uninvited trespassers roaming the building, sleeping on the couches in the lounge, and barricading themselves in the lounge bathrooms.
2. Pearl 21 Eleven enforces "rules and regulations" punitively or for selfish gain. There are rules about not leaving trash cans in ...
the hallway outside of the designated pick up time, but no one follows those. Pearl does not enforce. There are rules about having glass bottles inside or around the pool, but some people bring a full bar into the water with them. Pearl does not enforce. There are rules about picking up after your dog. Pearl does not enforce.
3. The Staff (minus Austin maybe) is highly condescending and rude.
