October 29, 2025The community and staff are lovely. I enjoy having an enclosed building for an added feeling of security. The units themselves are updated and so far have been easy to make home. September 18, 2025Overall, Pearl DTC is a great place to live. The leasing staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. Maintenance gets handled quickly and professionally. And the community feels safe and inviting. The grounds are well kept and the units are large with great natural lighting (it’s a great value for your money). We are very happy with selecting Pearl. Our single complaint is it can be difficult to find parking directly in front of your building especially if you get home after 5:30pm on a ...week day. I had some extenuating circumstances requiring a change to my lease dates at the last minute and they got it done! Immediately! May 23, 2025Its a avarage community. Parking is big issue. If you renew your lease , its expensive. For same apartment my rate is around 300$ more than newcomers. I dont like the system of rent is going high when you renew your lease. I think it should be some discount for people who is committed and staying here for longer time.Property Manager Responded
