There’s no way these review scores are legitimate & btw what happened to all the written reviews on a property built in 2016?
You will hear EVERYTHING above your unit-very little soundproofing. Normally to be expected in apts. but Leasing is aware of & allows ppl to have construction type/craft building businesses in their units. Literal hammering, drilling & dragging a workbench across the floor happens regularly at 11pm-3am but even during office business hours for months. No response from ...

Maintenance staff very nice but 1-2 garage gates have been broken over 6 mos-always an email from mgmt “parts on the way”. Great location but be aware of what you’re committing to.
