The first day I realized a lot of things like the exit gate not working at all for both sides it appears . The apartment is trying to transition from a button to a phone app . This was not a great first day. The apartment said they said they deep cleaned but it didn’t seem like it .

When I decided to move into this apartment a year ago, several issues were brought to management's attention and I was assured that they would be addressed. Unfortunately, many of these problems remain unresolved today.
For example, one of the EV charging stations is still out of service, and the entry door from the stairwell continues to malfunction. In addition, there is significant noise coming from outside the building, and a persistent marijuana odor can be smelled inside the ...

Office staff not on-site and having to go to another location or wait on someone to come is inconvenient. The loss of maintenance crew means service is much slower, but we now have two. The clubs are loud and open past midnight on Sunday. Not sure if I'll renew again ... Not happy!

The office and maintenance crew are A . I would issue a 5-star, but I'm very disappointed with the water issue. I have to let my water run for nearly 2 minutes before it gets hot; that's added cost to my bill and not to mention waste. I was told they couldn't do anything about it because of the location of the furnace from my unit.

Nice complex so far. Love the security of the garage. The public areas and gym are nice.
The approval process was fairly easy and quick.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
