Pecan Grove Apartments are great! They have a ton of upgrades and great character! The grounds are well kept! The laundry rooms are very clean and very affordable! Walking distance to UNT! Great restaurants and shopping are 5 minutes away at Newton Razor Town Center. I love how quite it is a well!

I love Pecan Grove Apartments of Denton! Very close to my work too! Very clean and recently remodeled and very well kept! The grounds very well maintained! All around all the amenities I was looking for! Very well lit at night to help me feel safe at night! 5 star for sure!

I just wanted a place close to my work while commuting, and I can't say enough great things. The owners are always around the property, it's updated with hardwood and granite, stainless steel appliances and it's really quite! It took me 5 minutes to work, rent is the best I found for this quality apartment and I parked outside my place. Really happy with my choice to stay here while contracted.
