Pecan Grove Apartments
April 9, 2025Pecan Grove Apartments are great! They have a ton of upgrades and great character! The grounds are well kept! The laundry rooms are very clean and very affordable! Walking distance to UNT! Great restaurants and shopping are 5 minutes away at Newton Razor Town Center. I love how quite it is a well! I have been extremely happy thus far!!Review from Apartments.com

Best place I found in the area for an updated interior
July 13, 2020I just wanted a place close to my work while commuting, and I can't say enough great things. The owners are always around the property, it's updated with hardwood and granite, stainless steel appliances and it's really quite! It took me 5 minutes to work, rent is the best I found for this quality apartment and I parked outside my place. Really happy with my choice to stay here while contracted.Review from Apartments.com
