Pecan Grove is a great place to live and raise a family...weve lived here for three years and we love it...I highly recommend living here... Victoria in office is amazing and helpful... maintenance guys are always quick too handle anything we have needed...our forever home

no security and no help from management

Neighbors have all night music battles in the parking lot and all-night parties in parking lot. DRUGS INCLUDED. Management will do nothing and cops won't show up.
