December 13, 2020so far from living here it's been alright, they could of done a better job to fixing it up a bit tho. The carpet looks like i'm at school, then underneath is concrete, its not very comfortable. Then after a short time, our dishwasher just suddenly stopped working, along with the oven fan, and lights. for the bathroom you don't have any counter space at all. The window screens fall out or are already broken, then the window locks break off half the time. the parking lowkey sucks, they say one one ...car per apartment can park on the inside but half the time no one listens, and i can barely even find a spot thats open when i have to park on the outside. For the price it's a decent place, but they could of done upgrades over the years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 6, 2020I’ve only lived here shortly and this place isn’t much to brag about. Floors are sagging in places cracks in walls roof is sagging and it’s all around bad. The realty company doesn’t really care either. So yeahReview from Apartments.com
Pecan Tree Apartment
August 15, 2015I don't ever give things 5 stars. Yet I will this time as I have had nothing but the best service and appreciation from my apartment complex. We are off the school zone roads. Close to a Walgreen and around the corner from a lovely restaurant called lil tex restaurant. . I the landlord works to ensure you are taken care of if you have any problems. They are even willing to work with you based on your situation.Review from Apartments.com
