March 3, 2023None of the washing machines have worked properly in the last 3 years and they have not fixed or replaced them but they will spend thousands remodeling the front office, removing the gym in the process. The rent has increased nearly $200 since I moved here in 2019. I've had a massive hole in my ceiling for nearly 7 months that I have requested maintenance on twice that has yet to be fixed. Also the pool has not been open for 2 years, I'm pretty sure they just cleaned it up to take pictures. I've ...had to call the police several times since I've moved here. My mailbox has been broken into, neighbors units have been broken into, and people have been shot and stabbed here. A wonderful, safe, nook of a community!
January 15, 2020I highly recommend choosing The Park at Bonito as your next home! This is a very family welcoming community but very quiet too! I moved in as a young mother and college student July 2019. Park at Bonito is a squared off and gated, affordable, safe community. Their location is 10 min to downtown greenville, 10 min to greer, 10 min to east side area and 20 min to Mauldin (so very convenient!!). They recently updated with a very modern, clean look. No mold or lead paint that could get my baby sick. ...This community is very caring, the staff hosts small events; breakfasts, prized games, and fun get-togethers’ for the holidays (sometimes randomly:)and maintenance stays on top of any needs! There’s a gated pool, court yard and lots of green play area for dogs. Ive never had a problem with parking and there’s a few laundry rooms on site. DON’T DO IT
April 3, 2019Save yourself a headache and don’t give this place a second glance. The management here has no integrity, and rather than apologizing for their mistakes and making things right, they lie to your face and make excuses. When I first moved in here I was not told the AC in my unit had broken two days prior, and I didn’t find out until the paperwork was signed, I had to walk into the unit to find out for myself. Needless to say, it took two weeks in early, hot September before they had a new unit in. ...There were countless nights of a maintenance man in our apartment pass 7pm, and a big mess on our floor from the work. Home sweet home am I right? We couldn’t even get moved in properly. We had missing drawers in our kitchen for 4 months before a maintenance man made some crooked make-shift ones. And now the new issue (so many with this place) is it has taken a month to get our main kitchen light replaced. Do you like cooking meals in the dark? Yeah, me either. Just don’t do it. July 26, 2015The reason I love my place is because it's for seniors citizens. And a lot of us have raised our children and now it's time just to relax enjoy our lives and try to be carefree. Some of us have lost our husband's and we are now have to take charge and make it on our on .It's a safe place to live and most of all clean and we'll maintained. I still work and have bills to pay.
