This Place Should Be Condemned
February 22, 2023These apartments are on par with project housing. They will claim they are under new management but what does that have to do with the horrible apartments? This place is absolutely disgusting. Don’t let the pictures fool you like they did us. Not worth it
November 5, 2022I have had nothing but trouble from these apartments. The front office staff seems incompetent and will only tell you what they think you want to hear - not the actual truth. The units are old and not well maintained - problems are just patched over. There is no playground like they advertise. This place is infested with gnats everywhere you go. There are also many roaches and even mice around the place. Maintenance requests are rarely taken seriously, and the pool is green or closed even in ...the summer months. I highly advise anyone to pay a few more bucks and live someplace else- it’s not worth the headache. Spend your money somewhere else!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Terrible, don’t move here!
October 7, 2022Don’t move to Pelham place south. Roaches, trash, and dog poop everywhere. The pool is green most of the year including the summer. Maintenance requests are ignored and nothing gets fixed properly. People keep chickens in their patios, stray cats everywhere. Front office people don’t reply to emails and they lie constantly. December 24, 2021Rats and roaches!!! Neighbors have chickens in apartments which was strange. Seen 3 rats in different locations on the property. It's filled with roaches everywhere. Don’t move here
November 18, 2018After complaining for over a year about the dog poop in the property and no letters or anything being done about it, they finally send out a letter. They sent one accusing me of doing this. I have never left dog poop anywhere in the community. There are people leaving trash everywhere letting their dogs walk off the leash and nothing is said, but I walk by or I’m seen in an area that has dog poop in it, it’s automatically mine and I get a letter. August 11, 2015Very nice size apartments & very nice staff ! As soon as you put in a complaint weather it is something that needs fixed or due with rent , they get right on it . Only thing that I would change is the parking in the back of one bed room apartment buildings , very narrow so if you don't want your car to get hit , park on the side .
