Absolute trash! Multiple months without ac/heat, ceiling has caved in my bathroom and kitchen TWICE that has yet to he fixed. Mold in every window and mushrooms in my kitchen window. Not to mention the crack in our foundation caused our second bedroom to be unlivable! Tack on +20 year old appliances that barely work and the local meth heads that keep you up all night. NEVER EVER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Moved in in Nov and asked repeatedly that air conditioner was broke . We had a crack in our foundation and had Roaches running everywhere. Then found black mold and my throat closed in twice and they knew it was there three weeks later nothing.

very decent neighborhood, we like the picnic tables and the pool is very important for the summer the pool looks awesome and the fact that the apartment has disposal love it.

This apartment is nice but it could be better for the price. The paint job is poor not to mention an ugly color. The shower and tub stopper do not work accuratly and the tub and sink have rust stains. However, the big bay window is nice and lets plenty of light in! Also, the pool is usually dirty and cloudy ? Overall, it is just not worth $655.00 per month.
