May 14, 2026I have been renting here for about 9 months now. The community is pretty quiet. Residents I've met are friendly. The neighborhood is great! I love that it's just a few minutes to Downtown Redmond and the light rail. Not to mention the library and community center. Also, easy access to I-520. You can't beat the fact that we are next to the Sammamish river and the walking and biking trail. And for doggie parents the dog park is is accessible from the property.Property Manager Responded

December 31, 2025I have been living here since May. It's quiet where my building is. I haven't heard any excessive noise. Neighbors I've met are very nice. Maintenance is responsive. Staff is nice and responsive. Community is clean. One thing I might fuss about is the amount of free parking. Most of the parking in front of my building is paid cover parking. But it's not so big of an issue, I am able to park near my apartment.Review from Apartments.com

After move in experience with maintenance team was good. they were very responsive and provided quick resolution. Community is very well maintained and quiet.
