There are 2 laundry rooms per floor and a pool in back. Prices are $1,275 for the 1 bed cold flat/tenants pay for heat and electric. At "Huntington Commons" on Sycamore Lane we have an AWESOME one bed @ 141 Sycamore Lane with open layouts and updated kitchens with free heat for $1,375. This is a serene location backing up the to the Greenway Trials. Brownstone Apartments at 343 Oakland St has a huge 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhouse with an unfinished basement with washer and dryer hookups for $1,850 with free heat/hw included.
