April 21, 2025I had 8 hours to find an apartment and left the Penrose as my last of many tours because I had a good feeling about them. Within 5 minutes of my tour with Vanessa I was sold. The entire management & maintenance team is so wonderful & there is a great sense of community. This is the only apt complex I found that doesn't have carpet in units & the amenities are stunning. February 28, 2025I enjoy living here and love my apartment and the amenities. It is in a great location and couldn’t be more convenient to everything in South End. However, the only thing I dislike is the parking situation - I recommend budgeting your car being booted 3x per year.Property Manager Responded
