My main complaint is just that I wasn’t told about reserved spots in the lot (that I pay to park in) and assumed they were for those paying, and someone booted my car. There seem to be a lot of reserved spots compared to general parking, so it can be surprisingly difficult to find a place to park—especially during peak hours or in the evenings.
