The 3/2 is Beautiful and Spacious, bathrooms are large...Office Staff are Very Kind and Friendly and helpful. They are quick to get anything fixed. Everything here is the best I’ve come a long in my life time. It’s a 5 Star apartment and grounds.

Kim is great indeed and Kelsey would make a great dishwasher. I had a bad feeling about this place when I read reviews and all the nightmares became a reality they are too busy doing everything but their jobs. The amenities are nice until teens are destroying them and basically making it uncomfortable to enjoy when their screaming and playing loud music everywhere you go making it hard to get away from them. What a mistake.. now that I want out they threaten to put 3 months rent on my credit ...

report and ask when are you moving out.. Are they that inexperienced to the point of no return. Glad I don't have to suffer from stupidity.

This is the worst company ive had to work with. The property manager has been a HUGE bully. She is extremely shady and sneaky. We are a military family that moved to our new duty station. We followed all the proper policies and procedures and are now finding out that we are being charged for 3 months worth of rent when we have 3 weeks left on our lease. Our dogs lives were threatened also while we lived there by the apartment managers (while they were inside our apartment unit) threatened to ...

shoot them if they came out of our apartment. I would recommend staying far away!

I've been living here for about 1 month now, and I absolutely love my apartment. The pool is amazing, as well as the fitness facility which includes an indoor basketball court. The apartment itself is very luxurious, big Roman bathtub in the large master bedroom, nice kitchen, nice walkcin closets. I've seen an occasional cockroach in the Kitchen in the very early morning hours, but hey, this is Florida. If I could only get the lady underneath me to take it easy on the cigarettes..yeesh, my ...

place smells like cigarettes every night, I needed to buy an air purifier for my bedroom, I guess that's the crap shoot of apartment living. Kim at the office is very nice , and always a joy to speak with, she's real people. I'm very happy here.

Everything great about apartments is great EXCEPT, there doesn't appear to be any enforcement of pet sanitation. If you walk off of the sidewalk BEWARE!!!! There are "land-mines" just waiting for you to mis-step. Most dog owners are responsible owners who pick-up after their pets, but there are some who NEVER bother. I have not bothered to complain until now, but after seeing a woman allow her dog to make a deposit on the SIDEWALK and walk away, I felt compelled to speak-up.
