The rent went up every year for no reason. The property never got updated. When we moved out, we were charged for every wear and tear thing from my 9 years living there.
We love living at Peppertree Apartments! The new Manager has cleaned it all up!

cheap rent for a reason... unsafe to live

stray animals, sketchy people, unsafe drivers, went through 2 managers, electrical problems, smokers who get away with violating their contracts, I've had to hire an attorney before they would do anything about the mold. Stray children running around at night. Stray guy tried to make passes at my wife (Fortunately I bought her a taser)fortunately the lyon county sheriff's department has been very helpful. I'd rather live in a studio in an expensive neighborhood than rather than live here again. ...
The only reason i give this dump 2 stars is because James (there maintenance worker)looked after her when while I was away during night school. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'd recommend having an attorney, and owning a gun before living here. Your gonna need it.
