        Do your research, budget TIGHTLY, and find a place that respects and values it's tenants' living experience. I am still waiting to see if management will fix my issues, and am dreading this experience for another 12 months if it doesn't improve.

        I recently moved to Persea, and based on past experiences, they’ve shown the most care by far. The amenities are well maintained, the staff is attentive and helpful, and community events are regularly planned. When we moved in, the team was quick to answer any questions and made us feel welcome. Aside from the occasional loud cars at night, I definitely recommend living here!

        Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! They were able to answer all questions I had at the time and were responsive throughout the whole application process ...

        I've been looking into different apartments in the area and this is honestly the best bang for your buck. The amenities and room sizes sold me. I've lived here for half a year. There's an on site maintenance staff that keep the common areas clean every day. The garages are pretty spacious to use as storage and can fit my car without feeling tight. The apartment life events are great for days where I don't want to leave the apartment but still be social. The staff at the front desk are always very ...

        Me and my girlfriend have lived at Persea for a little over a year now and I don’t think we plan on leaving anytime soon. We absolutely love this place from the staff to the amenities to the layout of the apartment. Not to mention it’s 15 minutes from the beach and like 10 minutes away from 4 different cities.
