I’ve been living at Persea on North Santa Fe Ave, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the management team has always been friendly, responsive, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents.
The amenities are well kept, and the location is convenient with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. I feel safe and comfortable living ...
here, and it’s been a positive experience overall. I would definitely recommend Persea to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

Working with them takes the stress off either renewing your lease or moving units. The maintenance and cleaning staff are the best part of living here. hours at the latest. The sanitation crew take are amazing! As I said before, I've lived here for 5 years and have not seen a dirty grill once. The amenities are cleaned daily and you will see them cleaning everyday.

Great apartments! Staff is nice and really cares about the resident experience. Things are clean and well maintained, I even see them cleaning the ceiling beams! The attention to detail is great. Our apartment is relatively newly renovated so I can’t really complain. And when I do, they get on it asap! Not much street parking though.

I love living here! The apartments are really well taken care of, clean and modern. Whenever we have maintenance requests they’re taken care of within a day or two. Surrounding area outside the complex is a little loud but inside the complex is quiet and never had any issues with neighbors etc. parking is easy, pretty average for a apartment but there’s street parking outside the complex which is nice if needed. Overall love Persea.

I’ve been at Persea since it’s been open. Great floor plan, amenities and staff. Love the pet policy not many places are this flexible. The rent and additional fees are a little pricey but everything else 5 stars.

I've lived at Persea for over a year, and it's easily the best apartment community I've ever lived in. It checks so many boxes, and I plan on staying for years. As my family grows, I also appreciate being able to move into a larger apartment within the same community instead of starting over somewhere else.

is very reasonable for everything you get, especially compared to other communities nearby. As an active-duty military member, I also appreciate that the rent stays below local BAH, making it possible to enjoy a premium community without exceeding my housing allowance.
The apartments are modern, clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. High ceilings make the space feel open, and the finishes provide an upscale feel while remaining practical.
The amenities are excellent. The pool and whirlpool are always clean, the multi-level fitness center is well equipped, and the barbecue areas, lounges, and community rooms are great places to relax or socialize. Management consistently maintains and improves the property, with solar currently being added.
The staff has been outstanding. Everyone in the leasing office is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Lauren, Carol, and the rest of the team are always helpful, communication is excellent, and every maintenance request I've submitted has been completed quickly and professionally.
The gated community is well lit, has nightly security patrols, and is very pet friendly, creating a comfortable environment for families and pet owners alike.
The location is another huge advantage, with quick access to major roads, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and entertainment throughout North County.
I also appreciate the sense of community. Management regularly hosts resident events, food trucks, and gatherings that make it easy to meet neighbors. Fast internet options like Verizon and Cox are another great bonus.
If you're looking for a clean, modern, quiet, well-managed apartment community with outstanding amenities, responsive staff, reasonable pricing, and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend Persea Apartments. I love living at Persea! It’s the best apartment complex I’ve lived at so far. I can’t say enough nice things about the custodial staff. They clean the grills daily and show immense attention to detail at maintaining the facilities. The community holds great events such as World Cup viewing parties and ice cream by the pool. The gym is beautiful and they are prompt to repair any broken equipment. Would 1000% recommend.
