The amenities are well maintained, the staff is attentive and helpful, and community events are regularly planned. Great Management
June 8, 2025Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! They were able to answer all questions I had at the time and were responsive throughout the whole application process ...through email. Great place to live

The amenities are a major plus – the gym is clean and well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to relax. Love it here
May 30, 2025I've been looking into different apartments in the area and this is honestly the best bang for your buck. The amenities and room sizes sold me. I've lived here for half a year. There's an on site maintenance staff that keep the common areas clean every day. The garages are pretty spacious to use as storage and can fit my car without feeling tight. The apartment life events are great for days where I don't want to leave the apartment but still be social. Best apartment in Vista
May 22, 2025Me and my girlfriend have lived at Persea for a little over a year now and I don’t think we plan on leaving anytime soon. We absolutely love this place from the staff to the amenities to the layout of the apartment.
