Great apartment complex!!
December 23, 2025I have been living here for a few months now and love it. The staff is super helpful, the property is always well kept, and it’s been really easy to feel at home here. It’s great for remote work too! There are tons of spots to get work done or take a quick break, especially the rooftop. Plus, it’s close to so many cafés, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and only about 15 minutes from the beach. I would recommend Persea to anyone who’s looking for a clean, comfortable & great place to live!Property Manager Responded

Great place!!
December 23, 2025Living at Persea has been such a wonderful experience! The grounds are always beautiful, the amenities from the pool to the fitness center are fantastic, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Carol is always friendly and quick to answer any question, which makes everything so much easier. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and everything we need, and the complex regularly hosts fun events that bring neighbors together. Great community
December 22, 2025I live in the A2 unit and it’s very spacious and came with a garage that also has plenty of space for storage and fits my car comfortably. The common areas are well-maintained daily. December 22, 2025really really love this place! we’ve lived in both the 1b1b and the 2b2b. we moved bc we needed an extra room, but lauren from the leasing office made the process super easy. overall I have no complaints, if anything some of the residents don’t know how to clean up after their pets, but maintenance is amazing and keeps everything around the complex clean and tidy as best as they can!Property Manager Responded
