      We moved here a month ago and it has been a great experience so far. Tristanna at the leasing office was so professional and made our move in extremely smooth and made us feel like home. The only downside we have experienced is having our parking be across the property. I highly recommend moving here.

      hip, young, luxe community — mostly military, young married couples, and influencers poolside. amenities are top tier, half the reason i signed. stater bros next door, vista village 8 min away for bars/food/coffee. solo female tenant and i feel safe walking around at night. top floor so i don't hear neighbors (they might hear me, sorry). not so quiet though: drunk hallway chats at midnight, early workers slamming garages at 5am, main street traffic if you face that side, plus the occasional soap ...
      opera episode — couple fight or divorce-dad monologue, live and uncensored. front office is a delight, always on top of maintenance. pricey for one person but genuinely happy here. good for now, not forever. 4/5.       I’ve really enjoyed living at Persea. The amenities are easily one of my favorite parts, especially the golf simulator, which I use all the time. The rooftop lounge and pool are also great places to hang out and relax. As a Tesla owner, having EV charging available is super convenient, and as a gamer, having fiber internet is a huge plus—fast, reliable, and basically zero lag.       Great apartments! I highly recommend taking a tour to check them out! They’re in a great location, super close to downtown Vista, and have really nice amenities. They also host fun events for residents throughout the year! The leasing office team is amazing and always so helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is also great! They’re quick to respond and always fix things right away! Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a place in the Vista area!
