December 7, 2025Great place overall. Residents can be messy with their dog droppings everywhere, but maintenance tries their best to keep it clean. The amenities are always clean and available. Maintenance service are fast at handling any issues. There’s a pool, hot tub, two-story gym, dog park, dog-wash station, rooftop, game room, art room, conference room, and a beautiful gathering room with a pool table and shuffleboard. June 8, 2025Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! They were able to answer all questions I had at the time and were responsive throughout the whole application process ...through email. Great place to live
June 6, 2025I've had a fantastic experience living at Persea! The management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The amenities are a major plus – the gym is clean and well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to relax.
