December 12, 2025I’ve had a positive experience at Persea Apartments in Vista. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with amenities that feel thoughtfully designed. The location is convenient and close to shopping, parks, and major roads. Management has been responsive when I’ve submitted maintenance requests, and the staff is generally helpful and friendly. Great Overall
December 7, 2025Great place overall. Residents can be messy with their dog droppings everywhere, but maintenance tries their best to keep it clean. The amenities are always clean and available. Maintenance service are fast at handling any issues. Parking sucks as the visitors spots are always full, street parking is always taken, and no overnight in any charging stations.Review from Apartments.com

November 27, 2025I’ve been really impressed with this community since moving in. The property is extremely well-kept — the hallways, elevators, and common areas are always clean. The amenities are a huge bonus, especially the gym and lounge areas which are maintained better than most apartments I’ve lived in. The leasing team has also been great. There’s a pool, hot tub, two-story gym, dog park, dog-wash station, rooftop, game room, art room, conference room, and a beautiful gathering room with a pool table and shuffleboard. So far so good!
June 17, 2025I recently moved to Persea, and based on past experiences, they’ve shown the most care by far. The amenities are well maintained, the staff is attentive and helpful, and community events are regularly planned. Great Management
June 8, 2025Moving into Persea has been a fantastic decision! The spaciousness of the apartments was an immediate highlight, and the prime location near my job has already made my commute incredibly easy. I'm also really impressed with the amenities, The pool area has more than enough space for me to have friends and family over for parties! My first time meeting the staff was really good! They were able to answer all questions I had at the time and were responsive throughout the whole application process ...through email. Great place to live
June 6, 2025I've had a fantastic experience living at Persea! The management team has been professional, responsive, and genuinely friendly. The amenities are a major plus – the gym is clean and well-equipped and the pool area is a great place to relax.
