Most pet unfriendly apartment ever
August 8, 2022We have a cat. Upon move-out, the leasing officer came with a UV light, scanned the carpet, and detected "PROTEIN", and claimed that it must be cat urine, and claimed that it will be uncleanable, and the entire apartment's carpet must be replaced, and will cost us around $1900. I was totally uninformed about this procedure before moving in. If you have pets, please be aware of this, it will most certainly happen to you.Property Manager Responded

Extremely Bad Leasing Office Treatment
March 30, 2021If you’re looking to take a tour of a unit here good luck. The leasing office staff are extremely unfriendly and did not have a care in the world to take the time out of their day to honor our scheduled tour today. There are a lot of other great options in the area though. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere; unless you want to be treated poorly.Review from Apartments.com

June 3, 2020I moved into Pescadero Apartments in April of 2020. Since move in, the staff has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and communicative. The grounds are gorgeous, there is access to so many beautiful trails, they accommodate pets if you have any, parking my car in a garage is awesome, my apartment feels brand new because of all the great renovations, and it's just an overall stunning complex in a very safe neighborhood. The housing arrangement is organized, the staff is respectful and caring, and the overall community and atmosphere is safe. With a dog park nearby, the area is dog-friendly and light. Special lunches are served during holidays or occasions, which involve catering and socialization with our neighbors.
