Management Is Horrible!

The owners treated my sister and I terribly. We were looking for our first apartment and the ladies who own the complex told us we could only live in the apartments they rent to college students. We were financially able to pay for the apartments on 18th but because of our age they wouldn't let us. Please keep looking and give your hard earned money to someone else.

I have been at Petretti apartments for 7 years now! The grounds are nice and clean, plus well kept. The service is also fast and friendly if needed. My apartment is truly my home, and I plan to stay many more years - as I have gotten to know my neighbors that have also been long time residence as well! I also like I can still live close to family and friends, and still commute to the city for work as well! I will recommend a great place to live at a fair price with a family owned staff that has ...

Apartments are a little outdated but there is a substantial amount of room. Heat is included in rent. There is ample parking so you don't have to walk a long way to get to your apartment .Garages are extra and de-tached.

Lived here for two and a half years. The apartments are a little outdated but there is quite a bit of room. Heat is included in the rent,definitely a plus. There is ample parking so your not walking a great distance to get to your apartment. Garages are available at a additional cost but they are not attached.
