Lived here for 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon

There were a few things that did need to be cleaned when we first moved in. When I informed management that I had already cleaned them they reimbursed us what they would have paid the cleaning company. Other than that, the move in process was pretty smooth. We absolutely love it here, and so do our kids. My only complaint is that I wish that the playground wasn't filled with woodchips. There are a lot of neighborhood trails that have different playgrounds on them too. If we submit a maintenance ...
report it is taken care of within a day (maybe two), and we haven't had to submit very many in the two years that we have lived here.
