This apartment is the worst apartment ever there has been leaks happening for over a month and they have yet to fix it or accommodate the renters And it has carpet so imagine the smell of rotten carpet They so cheap they will not even change your carpet overall horrible apartment complex and they also have pot holes throughout the complex

I show up for an appointment to see an apartment. Got the confirmation text that the person was going to be there. Sitting there for over 45 minutes only to find out that nope, they’re not coming, not only are they not coming but the office was closed!

I recently moved here with my daughter and I am so pleased with my decision. The townhome itself is so clean and spacious, beautiful appliances and a perfect patio for summer nights. The application process was so smooth and the office staff “chefs kiss” all my questions were answered promptly and the move in was great! Unorganized- Pest control issues- High crime rate

The company is consistently changing management. The rent keeps increasing but nothing is being done. The are only renovating the new units. Huge pest control problems. The office was more organized with previous property manager. There are break ins and people report stolen a cars here often. I would not recommend this community to anymore.

Apartment is spacious, I like the fact that you have laminate floors. Nice patio space, Melissa and Zecorya are great staff they stay on top of things as much as possible.
