I have lived here for just about a year and I love it. Great communication with the staff, buildings are well kept, and the apartment itself is spacious and updated. The only negatives in my book are that parking can sometimes be a pain (depending on which building you’re in), neighbors are a little nosey, and the hallways don’t smell the best. We lived here for a year only because we needed something cheap and they had 2 months free special. We had 2 young kids at the time. Someone tried walking into our apartment once while I was making dinner and was angry when I told him he had the wrong apartment. Luckily I had just locked the door after noticing my husband left it unlocked while doing laundry. We also had a creepy woman at 2am banging on our door trying to get in. She was high looking for more drugs. Needless to say we could not ...
wait to fullfil our lease and get out of there. We also had management change in the office 3 or 4 times while we were there. I also watched maintenance staff throwing many large pieces of furniture off a 2nd floor balcony while cleaning out a unit. Can you say unsafe? I will never rent there again nor will I recommend it to others. I later heard from a coworker that she knew kids from high school that moved there who were small joe drug dealers. Not surprising at all.

My apartment is not like any other place I have ever rented. I want to start off by saying it's not just an apartment, it like home. Many people rent apartments and just live in them. I am so comfortable and it is so peaceful and relaxing that I have to call it my home. I may not own it, but the management staff, the neighbors, the entire surrounding of the entire complex is just like one big family. This is the best complex ever. It is surrounded with every store, resturant, bike trail and car dealership you can imagine. The houses are beautiful, the people are even more beautiful that when you arrive home, its the most comfortable place to be. Picadilly apartments is by far the best apartments I've lived in. The staff is great and is very quick to fix anything in the apartment or complaints I have when a problem arises. The apartment itself has a great view, brand new appliances and carpet. The people that live around me are very friendly and respectful. Great pool that's never very crowded! Volleyball, basketball, AND mini gym, definatly will be staying here a while!

After having looked many places in the Milwaukee area, I knew Piccadilly was the perfect complex for me. The complex is within a 15 minute drive to downtown and is within 5 minutes of many surrounding suburbs. The amenities are great. The apartment came furnished with appliances. The complex features storage units, sporting courts, a recreational facility with a tanning bed, and a swimming pool. Bike and running trails are all around too, which is very convenient. Rent is very affordable ...
compared to other complexes in the area. For nearly half the cost of a downtown apartment, I have a two bedroom with a spacious living and dining room. Heat, water, sewage, and parking are even included. I would highly recommend this complex to others.
