Very affordable and a nice quiet community. The overall build quality is nice and they’re somewhat updated. Fit all my needs! Landlord works really well with tenants.

Affordable rent and nice, clean apartments. Very well cared for. All my neighbors were friendly and considerate, and so was Management and the maintenance staff. Whenever I had a repair issue in my apartment that needed tended to, it was repaired immediately. I give Piccadilly Square two thumbs up!
