July 31, 2017They are so unprofessional it doesn't make any sense. They make you mail your rent in and lie and say they haven't received it to charge you a 75 dollar late fee. They lie about mailing your checks back and then cash them as well. It's infested with spiders and Beatles. The pool is never open. The management sucks and so does the leasing office. I would never recommend no one live here. You can't even see your apartment till you sign your lease. Like who does this? They are cons and crooks. Save ...yourself the 8 something a month and move somewhere else. I would never live here again or suggest anyone else. Cause they dont pay their referrals either.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Company Ever
June 24, 2017This complex and their staff are extremely rude and incompetent. The apartments are not kept well, they do not spray for bugs, A/C and hearing unit doesn't work, and work orders are never completed correctly. The best decision that I ever made was moving away from this place and I still have to deal with them because I have not received my security deposit. I moved out in April and it's now July and I'm still fighting to receive it.Review from Apartments.com

April 29, 2016I will say that this is probably one of the best apartment I have had ever had on just the scale of having an apartment they are big nice good appliances up-to-date stuff Covered utilities and some of them happen to have a covered utilities the only utility I paid was electric however management does not care about their tenants in any which of way they don't have any loyalty they don't recognize when they have good tenants who pay their rent on time and cause no disturbances they will terminate ...your lease and not give you any reason why when you asked to speak to anyone in charge they act like they will lose their jobs for giving you that information I have never seen a dictatorship like that in the United States it was an awful experience from that point but Bass apartment don't trust them they will smile in your face and as soon as you turn around they will stab you in the backRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
