Pine Bluff Apartments

well as rodents that you can hear living in the walls and ceiling ~ my son has freaked out at night time hearing them scratching... Flies are everywhere and come through the vents and light fixtures (probably from rodents dying in the upper area). Things are jimmy rigged as being fixed and never fixed properly. They have threatened tenants and have yelled at tenants and their children for getting snow, off their boots, on the sidewalks. They allow their son and his baby mama to use the office computer (with PERSONAL information on the tenants) for personal use during and after business hours. They have stolen packages delivered for tenants; have stolen from tenants storage areas; and have even entered apartments with their keys and stolen items in apartments. I have never felt safe here and am always double and triple checking my locks every day! They treat the mentally, physically, and elderly terribly and tell everyone living here one set of "rules" and other another thing... There are many here that have mental and physical handicaps that they lie, steal, and cheat and pocket money that the main office doesn't know about because they don't report to them that they collected anything (because it was all a lie to the tenant). If you have a guest over often (ie significant other) they will try to tell you that they need to be put on the lease and will try to write you up with a rental violation unless you give all this personal info on the other person and add them to the lease ~ this is all b.s. and have been caught in this lie. Soooo much more I could write, but I hope you get the idea and pleaseeeee avoid these apartments like the plague!
