Nice Place to Live
November 26, 2018I have been living here for several years. It is a nice place to live. The apartments are nice. The neighbors are friendly. The grounds are taken care of. When needing maintenance it is taken care of in a timely manner. No issues with rodent or insect infestations. Close to rte 30, I 83, grocery stores, convenience stores, & shopping malls. Don't do it.
October 9, 2018I was excited for this place. The price made it seem too good to be true. Well, it is. We signed the lease, then it was revealed to us that our apartment had a roach problem. Soon after moving in, we discovered that the air conditioning didn't work. The maintenance here is a joke. None of them seem qualified in their positions. In over two months of constant begging for maintenance and solution to the pest problem, nothing has been accomplished. Just don't do it.Property Manager Responded
December 4, 2018"This was a single and isolated occurrence in our apartment community, which contains 120 apartment units. Once management became aware of the issue in this individual's apartment, extermination services were contacted and the issue was resolved.
