Manager barely in the office, its really difficult to get in contact with her. I can't get our mail because they locked the mail room and the manager wouldn't give us a key. I went to the office 3 different times in the same day and no one was there even though the sign clearly says they're open.

Before moving to this place I did read the reviews and at first I didn't want to move here. However due to certain situations this place became my only option. I'm not going to say the place is AMAZING but I will say that it's not as bad as it is being portrayed. I can't speak for what happened 2-3 or even 5 years ago however things have changed in my opinion. There does seem to be a new manager but she is very professional, kind and knowledgeable. From what I've seen she treats everyone with ...
respect. As for the other staff they are very polite as well. You can tell one of the maintenance staff is still learning but they do try and complete the work orders as best they can and in a timely manner. Things aren't always perfect but if you don't speak up to management how will anyone know. The building is in good shape considering the building is well over 20 years old! From what I've seen the gate is always working, security does patrol at night, the laundry rooms do need to look better and landscape isn't horrible but needs some tlc. I've spoken to management about these items and they are working on fixing them. The unit is a great first apartment or an in between property if you only plan on being here for 1-5 years or so. I recommend touring the property first before making any final decisions based on the reviews.

do not move here because every thing is broken in these apartments. i lived in a apartment for 5 years and did not have any heat when the winter came along every year, it was so freezing. then i moved in to a 2 bed room apartment and every thing was broken all over again like the bath room sink was out of place, the patio is warped and the patio floor is uneven, the paint is chipping off the kitchen cabins and going in to my food, the wall plugs do not work, and every thing is real cheap here, ...
and these apartments got mold in the walls and is making people sick . The manager is lazy and always acting unprofessional. The manager or the maintenance man has enter in to my apartment with out notifying me and has made my alarm system go off and enter in after work hours. some one has stolen my things from my car i do not no who it is . and YES I STILL STAY HERE SO please do not move here because its all bad .......

This place is a night mare !! From day one it was suppose to be a secure complex , but there is always one or more gates broken. The maintenance man came to fix our light , the day after it fell and broke on my head, I had a concussion. They sent me to the doctor and I am paying the doctor bills! Since then the main gate was broken for 2 months. A young man got shot and killed in our complex. Tonight I came home to all the lights off in the parking , I tripped and fell and messed up my knee bad! ...

Don't move here! There have been 3 managers since moving here. Office staff very rude, the securty they say they have is none !! There was a young man gunned down and killed here, it's not a safe place to live. As soon as our lease is up we are out of here! Please do yourself a favor and look else where!

The staff is the worst. The only good one is "Raider Rick" he's the maintenance man. If you have kids definitely don't move here!! There is a guy by the pool who yells at the kids all day and is constantly drunk. He tried to grab a couple of the kids. We told management and they just don't care. Do NOT move here. Really you can find a better place for the money. Oh and PS, the pool area looks NOTHING like that. There is NO glass pool and most the time its dirty. I wish I could rate a 0 stars for ...
