I have lived here for 8 months and it has been awful. The office never answers the phone. We are lucky if we get a 24 hour notice when anyone is coming into our apartment. I have also had maintenance lie to my face.

We have lived here for 5 LONG years but it’s been hell! The leaks were crazy (we were never able to take baths because of it), rats have been an issue, noisy upstairs neighbors who never seemed to sleep! Also the maintenance man never seemed to know what he was doing so my mother and I took care of a lot of the issues ourselves. And if you are a non-smoker and your neighbors around you smoke, good luck because your apartment will be smoked out because the vents in every unit are connected. Also, ...

there was a man up above us but diagonal from us had bed bugs that nobody warned us about and the landlord knew this but never told anyone so it was a big surprise for us. We had to stay at a hotel for a week at our own expense while they sprayed. And they had the nerve to go up on rent but nothing improved! We had initially moved here because of foreclosure on our old house and this is a cheap price but we definitely got what we paid for! The ONLY good thing about this apartment is the location. There are alot of good stores nearby and easy highway access.

the first time i came to these apartments i loved it. my high school teacher stayed here it was so quiet and peaceful i told myself went i moved out on my own i was going to live here. now im tying to live here i think its a wonderful place to raise my unborn son who will b here soon. i cant wait to live here its going to be awesome for me and my childs first place.
